NBS ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how **Next Level : Notes** handles information when you use the app.

As of the current version, Next Level : Notes does not require account creation and does not upload your notes to NBS-operated servers.

Depending on how you use the app, Next Level : Notes may request access to certain macOS features:

- **Accessibility Permission:** Used to capture selected text into Quick Note when you choose to use that feature.

- **Login Items / Launch at Login:** Used only if you enable startup behavior for faster access and global shortcuts.

These permissions are optional, and you can manage them at any time in your macOS system settings.

## 4. How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used only to provide the core features of the app, including:

- Creating and editing notes

- Displaying notes in the main window and widget

- Supporting quick capture and quick note workflows

- Saving your preferences and shortcuts locally

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or behavioral tracking.

## 5. Data Sharing

We do **not** sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

Your data remains on your device unless you choose to export, copy, share, or otherwise transfer it using macOS or other apps.

Your notes and settings remain on your device until you delete them, uninstall the app, or remove the relevant local app data.

We take a minimal-data approach. Since the app stores data locally, the security of your information also depends on the security settings of your device and user account.
